Retrieve a single resolution by ID
GET /v1/accounts/{accountId}/resolutions/{resolutionId}
resolutionId, predexonId, title, outcome, result, size, averagePrice, payoutPerShare, payoutAmount, realizedPnl, resolvedAt, plus metadata.venues with per-venue redemption transactions.
